The designed development consists of four single-family semi-detached buildings, located between dense buildings situated within the boundaries of neighboring plots. The semi-detached houses are designed based on a fixed principle: each segment has an L-shaped projection and is covered by a rectangular projection roof. The resulting characteristic canopies mark the entrance areas and the terrace, delineating the private spaces of the designed buildings.

The development concept for the plot, in accordance with the issued WZZ decision, assumes the construction of 4 single-family semi-detached buildings (segments), constituting a complex of matching buildings referring to the development on neighboring plots.

The first group of buildings consists of segments A and B located in the first line of development. Due to the proximity of the buildings at the sharp border of the plot, the houses were designed as adjacent with the entire length of the wall to the neighboring development. Buildings A and B differ in their functional program and slightly in their usable area. The second line of development is formed by houses C and D, designed as repetitive segments. The buildings will share access, access roads, the entrance area to the site, as well as garbage garbage cans and wells.

Groups of buildings are covered with roofs with a slope angle of 20° collectively forming a gable geometry, which is a reference to the surrounding buildings. Buildings A and B have a ridge parallel to the shorter side of the plot, while C and D have a perpendicular ridge, which dynamizes the composition of the designed urban layout and makes all buildings face the gable elevation towards the driveway. The buildings have been designed as 2-story buildings without basements.

The complex of buildings will be characterized by the dominant color scheme of white, present in the finishes of the walls, roof, railings and fences, bathed in the green of ornamental grasses. The finishing material for the roof and walls will be standing seam aluminum sheeting, seamlessly transitioning to the facades, while the recesses will be white plaster. In contrast to the cool tin facades, the woodwork is designed as natural-colored wood. Due to the building’s fire protection requirements, the houses are designed with single-layer wall technology.
